  • All pieces are handmade and unique. Variations in size, shape, and glaze are part of their character and are not considered faults.

  • Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.

  • Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to update prices or product details at any time.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are packed with care and shipped using trusted couriers.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

  • Once an order is shipped, we are not liable for loss or damage during transit. However, please contact us if something happens and we will do our best to assist.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of ceramics, we generally do not accept returns for a change of mind.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue.

  • Each case will be handled individually.

5. Gift Vouchers & Discounts

  • Vouchers and discount codes are valid for online purchases only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Expiry dates and conditions will be stated at the time of issue.
